1. AI Usage / AI Policy का उद्देश्य

Digital Nation Inn AI technologies का उपयोग learning, education, productivity, digital tools, content assistance और problem-solving को सरल बनाने के लिए कर सकता है।

यह Policy users को AI systems की capabilities और limitations समझाने तथा AI का responsible और meaningful उपयोग प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए बनाई गई है।

2. AI कैसे काम करता है?

AI system user द्वारा दिए गए prompt या input को process करके उपलब्ध model capabilities के आधार पर एक संभावित response generate करता है।

AI किसी human teacher की तरह हमेशा वास्तविक-world understanding, personal experience या perfect reasoning नहीं रखता। इसका response उसके model, उपलब्ध context, instructions और input की quality पर निर्भर कर सकता है।

3. Prompt और User Input

Prompt वह प्रश्न, instruction या information है जो user AI system को देता है। Prompt जितना स्पष्ट और context-rich होगा, कई परिस्थितियों में response उतना अधिक उपयोगी हो सकता है।

अच्छे prompt के उदाहरण

• “Class 8 के स्तर पर photosynthesis आसान भाषा में समझाइए।”
• “इस mathematics problem को step-by-step समझाइए।”
• “मुझे English grammar का practice exercise दीजिए।”
• “इस chapter के revision के लिए 10 questions बनाइए।”

4. AI Responses

AI द्वारा दिया गया response generated information है। यह हमेशा factual, complete, current या contextually correct हो, इसकी guarantee नहीं दी जा सकती।

किसी question के लिए अलग-अलग समय पर अलग response भी प्राप्त हो सकते हैं। यह AI systems की सामान्य probabilistic nature का हिस्सा हो सकता है।

5. AI-Generated Content

AI text, explanations, examples, summaries, questions, study plans, outlines, ideas, code, learning activities और अन्य प्रकार का generated content तैयार कर सकता है।

AI-generated content को उपयोग करने से पहले user को उसकी suitability और accuracy पर विचार करना चाहिए।

6. Hallucination, गलत उत्तर और AI Errors

AI कभी-कभी ऐसा उत्तर generate कर सकता है जो सुनने में सही लगे लेकिन वास्तव में गलत, अधूरा, outdated या context से बाहर हो।

AI terminology में ऐसे incorrect या fabricated responses को अक्सर “hallucination” कहा जाता है।

Student के लिए सही तरीका

• पहले concept AI से समझें।
• फिर textbook या official material से मिलाएँ।
• स्वयं question solve करने का प्रयास करें।
• फिर AI से अपनी solution approach verify कराएँ।
• कठिन विषय में teacher या mentor से सहायता लें।

8. Personal और Sensitive Information

AI systems के साथ interaction करते समय users को अपनी personal और sensitive information की सुरक्षा के प्रति विशेष सावधानी रखनी चाहिए।

9. Children और Student Safety

DNI AI Teacher educational use को ध्यान में रखते हुए students के लिए बनाया जा सकता है। फिर भी AI interaction में age-appropriate और supervised use महत्वपूर्ण है।

बच्चों और कम उम्र के students के लिए

• छोटे बच्चों के AI use में parent, guardian या teacher की supervision उचित है।
• बच्चे को personal information share न करने के बारे में समझाया जाना चाहिए।
• AI के उत्तर को बिना सोचे final truth नहीं मानना चाहिए।
• बच्चे की learning को AI-generated answers पर पूरी तरह निर्भर नहीं बनाना चाहिए।
• Homework या assignments में AI का उपयोग school की applicable academic policy के अनुसार होना चाहिए।

10. Responsible AI Use

DNI AI tools का उपयोग learning, creativity, research assistance और productive digital work को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किया जाना चाहिए।

11. Prohibited और Misuse of AI

DNI AI systems का उपयोग ऐसे उद्देश्यों के लिए नहीं किया जाना चाहिए जो कानून, सुरक्षा, privacy, academic integrity या अन्य व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करते हों।

• Fraud, scam या deception के लिए AI का उपयोग।
• किसी व्यक्ति की identity या credentials का दुरुपयोग।
• Password, OTP या security credentials प्राप्त करने का प्रयास।
• Malware, harmful code या malicious activity को facilitate करने वाला उपयोग।
• किसी व्यक्ति को harassment, threats या abuse के लिए AI का उपयोग।
• Academic cheating या examination rules को जानबूझकर bypass करना।
• False information को जानबूझकर factual authority की तरह प्रस्तुत करना।
• किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की private information को बिना उचित अधिकार process या expose करना।
• ऐसे content या activity के लिए AI का उपयोग जो applicable law या platform rules का उल्लंघन करे।

12. Human / Teacher Supervision

AI को एक digital assistant के रूप में समझना अधिक उचित है। यह teacher, parent, guardian, counsellor, qualified professional या official authority का स्वतः replacement नहीं है।

Human supervision विशेष रूप से आवश्यक है:

• बच्चों की education में।
• महत्वपूर्ण academic decisions में।
• परीक्षा और admission संबंधी matters में।
• Health, legal या financial matters में।
• Emotional या sensitive personal situations में।
• जब AI response confusing या contradictory हो।

13. Feedback, Error Reporting और Responsible Feedback

यदि आपको लगता है कि AI Teacher ने गलत, confusing, inappropriate या potentially harmful information दी है, तो उसे report या feedback के माध्यम से बताना उपयोगी है।

Feedback में क्या जानकारी उपयोगी हो सकती है?

• आपने क्या question पूछा था।
• AI ने क्या response दिया।
• आपको उसमें क्या गलत या problematic लगा।
• यदि संभव हो तो सही information का reliable source।
• संबंधित page या feature का नाम।

14. AI Service Availability

AI services external APIs, hosting infrastructure, model providers, plugins, internet connectivity और अन्य technical systems पर निर्भर कर सकती हैं।

इसलिए AI feature कभी-कभी temporarily unavailable, slow, limited या technically interrupted हो सकता है।

DNI reasonable efforts के माध्यम से service को available और functional रखने का प्रयास कर सकता है, लेकिन uninterrupted availability की guarantee नहीं दी जाती।

15. AI Policy में परिवर्तन

AI technology तेजी से विकसित हो रही है। Models, APIs, plugins, tools, integrations और applicable requirements समय के साथ बदल सकते हैं।

इसी कारण Digital Nation Inn इस AI Usage / AI Policy को आवश्यकता के अनुसार update, modify या expand कर सकता है।
